People, Planet, Play

People, Planet, Play is Caesars Entertainment’s commitment to our communities, environmental excellence and Responsible Gaming. It also closely aligns with our mission to inspire grownups to have fun. It’s a new expression for how we connect our Code of Commitment, Citizenship programs and internal brands like CodeGreen together, creating a consistent and recognizable approach for our team members, stakeholders and guests. It also supports some specific United Nations Sustainable Development Goals that Caesars is working towards.

Supporting the wellbeing of our employees, guests and local communities.

Caring for our environment to preserve the quality of life on Earth.

Creating memorable experiences for our guests and leading Responsible Gaming practices in the industry.

♣  EMPLOYEES – A commitment to all our employees to treat them with respect and provide satisfying career opportunities.

♣  GUESTS – A commitment to all our guests to promote responsible gaming.

Caesars Entertainment launched Enlisting Heroes, the company-wide veteran hiring initiative, in early 2013 not just because it is the right thing to do, but because it is the smart thing to do. Despite the widely lauded fact that the men and women of the armed forces have demonstrated limitless honor, courage, and loyalty for the freedom of our country, the most recent figures available indicate that post-9/11 veterans still face a 4.6% unemployment rate.

Enlisting Heroes seeks to harness the skills and aptitudes veterans acquire throughout their military career and apply them to the business world. At Caesars Entertainment, there is no shortage of examples of veterans transitioning from successful careers in the military to successful careers in the gaming industry in a range of functions from property management, logistics, human resources, and more.

All Caesars Entertainment properties remain committed to aiding our nation’s veterans through employment opportunities and community outreach activities. In total, there have been over 280 activities across the country and over 2,000 veterans hired since the program’s launch in 2013. The company is proud to have donated approximately 1 million dollars towards veterans organizations and to have employees who have put in over 4,000 hours in aiding community veterans groups.
